PERAN PENYULUH PERTANIAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRODUKSI SAYUR-SAYURAN PADA KELOMPOK TANI HOLTIKULTURA DI DESA GOLO SEPANG KECAMATAN BOLENG KABUPATEN MANGGARAI BARAT

Abstract

This research was conducted in Golo Sepang Village, Boleng District, West Manggarai Regency, from September to October 2025. The population in this study consisted of horticultural farmer groups in Golo Sepang Village, Boleng District, West Manggarai Regency, totaling 30 farmers. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling or census. The first goal of this study was to measure how much agricultural extension workers contribute to vegetable farming efforts in Golo Sepang Village, Boleng District, West Manggarai Regency, which was done using quantitative descriptive analysis with a scoring system on a Likert scale. Another goal was to identify the various challenges faced by extension workers in improving the horticultural farmer groups in Golo Sepang Village, Boleng District, West Manggarai Regency, which was analyzed qualitatively through in-depth interviews with the agricultural extension workers.
