Abstract

The Food Data Information System (SIDAPANG) is a digital platform developed to collect, manage, and provide integrated food data in Pandeglang Regency. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, including limited system accessibility, data inconsistencies, and the uneven distribution of agricultural processing facilities. This study aims to analyze stakeholder mapping in the implementation of SIDAPANG for collecting agricultural commodity data in Pandeglang Regency. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using the value orientation mapping model proposed by Kennon et al. (2009), which consists of stakeholder identification, analysis, mapping, and prioritization. The findings reveal that SIDAPANG involves various stakeholders, including the Department of Agriculture and Food Security (DPKP), Agricultural Extension Officers (PPL), Diskomsantik, Bappeda, BPS, Diskoperindag, Bulog, village governments, RMUs, farmer groups, farmers, and the community. Among them, DPKP and PPL are the most influential stakeholders due to their high levels of contribution, influence, and involvement in system implementation. The study also found that SIDAPANG has not yet been fully optimized because of technical system constraints, delays in data updates, and limited stakeholder data integration. Therefore, strengthening stakeholder coordination, improving data integration, and optimizing system development are necessary to enhance the effectiveness of SIDAPANG in supporting food security in Pandeglang Regency.
