STRATEGI KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEPERCAYAAN PUBLIK DI MIS ISLAMIYAH KIJANG

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan publik di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta (MIS) Islamiyah Kijang, Kabupaten Bintan, Kepulauan Riau. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan kepala madrasah, guru, tenaga kependidikan, komite, dan orang tua siswa. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña melalui kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan publik tergolong tinggi, ditandai peningkatan jumlah peserta didik, persepsi positif terhadap mutu pembelajaran, pembinaan religius, serta hubungan sosial yang harmonis. Strategi kepala madrasah mencakup transparansi, komunikasi terbuka, pembinaan keagamaan, pelibatan orang tua, dan publikasi prestasi. Analisis OECD menunjukkan competence, openness, integrity, dan responsiveness telah tampak, sedangkan fairness masih perlu diperkuat.
